Oceanfront Condo Remodeled with Etic Rovere Wood Look From Atlas and D&B Tile
When Donny and Kim Silverstein bought their condo at Plaza East on Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale, they turned once again toScotty Mac Construction, Inc. for a complete build out from windows in. The contractor took everything back to bare concrete walls and started from there. The 3400 sq/ft condo has 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. The job took four months to complete and all work was handled by Scotty Mac Construction, Inc.
“Our company remodeled their previous home and they were pleased with the results. As usual, we took them to D&B Tile to select their flooring and were very pleased with the selection of brands and sizes ofporcelain tile available at the Pompano location. Our salesperson was Robert Hart. He was instrumental in helping the couple make their initial selections. They left the store with a handful of tile samples and a lot of inspiration,” said Scotty Mac.
A 9×36 tile was used throughout the condo and extended out onto the patio deck and the elevator area as well. The bathroom wall was faced with a 6×24 Norstone product.
