Born and raised in Miami, I have been in the Tile industry all my life. In 1986 I was an operations manager, for a tile distribution center and implemented their first software system. On the weekends I would work for a tile installer, learning the technical skills, and became a licensed tile contractor with 2 crews.
In 1989, I was hired by D&B Tile of Miami to fully implement the D&B Tile computer system. I worked closely with their CPA, which taught me accounting principles while learning business disciplines from Bill Bynum, D&B Tile of Miami’s franchise owner/operator. Once that project was completed my tile contracting business was a focus again.
In 1992 the D&B Miami location was moved to its current location on Doral Blvd and I returned to work alongside my brother, Alex and Father, Rudy Sr. A few years later my father passed away at 50 years young. Dave and Harold continued to mentor us and my brother and I were accepted as partners.
In 2006 I was given the opportunity to be a part of the leadership circle and worked long hours developing new process and procedures for our software implementation. In 2008 the new ERP went live, which allowed our great organization and its people to survive the worst economic depression.
In January 2013 as part of the succession planning, I was promoted to Chief Operations Officer and Vice President. Currently, I am President and COO. I work hard every day to earn the respect of my family, partners, employees, vendors, and clients.

I am married to my loving wife Tania and we have a modern-day blended family with 5 children; Annie, Christian, Christopher, Isabella, and Victoria. We are blessed and enjoy spending family time together.
