Simple yet sophisticated, edgy but elegant - the new Character series from Crossville combines a strong presence with a refined attitude, complementing your space while remaining anything but neutral.
Invoking the feel of an urban loft, Character pays homage to minimalism, but makes a statement that is uniquely Crossville. Most minimalist looks are limited to dark colors and can be somewhat lacking in personality. The Character series includes lighter hues for greater versatility and adds visual interest with the merest hint of veining found in natural stone. Maintaining the sought-after look of stained concrete, Character is bold enough to hold its own, without detracting form the clean-edged appeal of open expanses.
A technical, through-body porcelain, the Character series include five colors; Vanity Almond, a light almond tone; Joy Beige, a warm neutral; Liking Green, a dark olive shade; Loyalty Moka, a rich brown; and Arrogance Black, a deep granite. Edges are rectified, allowing for tight grout joints and a near seamless look.
Size is a primary differentiatorof the Character product. To meet the growing demand for larger and larger tiles, Character is available in 18" x 18", 12" x 24", and 24" x 24", which is the larget format currently offered by Crossville. Trim is a 3.25" x 18" single bullnose. The 18" x 18" s a 3/8" thick andhte 12" x 24" are 1/2" thick. Installations comprising different sizes require a 3 to 5 mm grout joint. The grout joint for installation of all same-sized tiles at the owner's discretion.
The new line is available in all nine D&B Tile Stores.
